AI Program Management Lead

AI Program Management Lead with responsibilities in AI strategy execution, program leadership, AI tools and technology enablement, AI agents and workflow automation, and change management and enablement.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or related roles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI and workflow automation
• Experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or automation workflows
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., LLM platforms, copilots, automation tools)
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
