AI Program Management Lead

Role Overview

This role is designed as a hybrid position, with an expectation of working 2 days per week from an HPE office. The AI Program Management Lead will define and lead the AI roadmap for the PSM organization, aligned to business priorities and HPE's AI strategy. They will work with HPE AI teams to ensure PSM alignment on priorities, tool integration, HPE compliance, and end-to-end workflow.

What You Will Do

The AI Program Management Lead will lead end-to-end AI programs, from ideation through implementation and scale. They will establish governance, success metrics, and reporting for AI initiatives, and manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.

They will have experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or automation workflows, and be able to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or related roles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI and workflow automation
• Experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or automation workflows
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., LLM platforms, copilots, automation tools)
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
