Senior Software Engineer – Cybersecurity R&D

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer in Cybersecurity R&D, you will participate in security working groups, design and implement security requirements, and collaborate with platform architects and developers to implement secure configurations for network equipment.

Key responsibilities include conducting gap analysis, validating security configurations, and creating comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in cybersecurity/computer science or equivalent
• 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity with proven contributions in FIPS/Common Criteria or equivalent security certifications
• High proficiency in C/C++ with a test-driven mindset
• Strong understanding of network protocols, cryptography, and cybersecurity tools
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix development environments
• Understanding of software vulnerabilities and mitigations
• Cybersecurity-related certification(s), including CCSP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, GPEN is a plus
