Job description
Helps teams apply Agile and Lean thinking to their environment, working as an Advisor to adapt methodology to their needs. Reports to an Engineering leader and coaches multiple IT and Business groups.
Live Agile Values & Principles, provide visibility into goals & progress, challenge the status quo, and coach Agile teams towards becoming high-functioning teams.
Requires a seasoned Agile Coach with 10+ years of experience in Software Application Development, 5+ years of experience in applying Agile methods/frameworks, and 3+ years of experience in Agile coaching. Must be a strong team player with servant leadership skills and experience championing a strong product culture.
