
Job description
Responsible for managing relationships between operations teams and Corporate Card Clients, interacting with multiple clients, and providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
Manage requests related to card issuance, account maintenance, document preparation, and guarantee of payment processes, while maintaining accuracy and meeting defined SLAs.
Requires high level of customer sensitivity, integrity, commitment, and service orientation, with a high result orientation and desirable Amex product knowledge.
