
Job description
This position is responsible for reconciling remittance related complex issues for Corporate Purchasing Card clients, obtaining posting instructions, and performing analysis and due diligence.
Outbound and inbound calls are serviced to/from internal and external customers, ensuring tight service level agreements are met.
The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a high result orientation and ability to take independent decisions.
