
Job description
Manage service delivery for the Platform Excellence engineering group, responsible for day-to-day operations of the global digital acquisition software platform.
Develop and maintain incident management process, coordinate with development teams, communicate release plans, and manage infrastructure assets.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices, agile methodologies, and financial acumen are critical to success. Adaptability and a strong belief in personal responsibility are also essential.
