Hexcel is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing and Design engineering groups at their Kent, WA location. The position will be responsible for championing technology throughout the facility and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred, with working knowledge of AS9100 and Nadcap requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistics and data-driven decision making (Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and effectively present to internal and external stakeholders
