10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or manufacturing. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes. Strong command of S&OP/IBP methodologies and global planning frameworks

10+ years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or enterprise architecture, 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role owning an AI platform or engineering team

5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing processes and DCS systems

10+ years of experience in commercial transformation, digital/product, analytics/AI, revenue operations, consulting, or commercial excellence roles

5+ years of experience in the adhesives, chemical or materials industry, Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline

High school diploma required, plus a focus on troubleshooting and physical ability to work in demanding environments. A degree in engineering is preferred

High school diploma + Technical College. Computer skills & electrical/instrumentation knowledge needed. Familiarity with industry safety & equipment operation

5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience, 10+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

7+ years in product management, supply chain, or procurement, 3+ years leading AI/analytics products, and strong grasp of supply chain planning and procurement
