Bid Manager

As a Bid Manager at Draaijer Heyday, you will be responsible for leading complex bid and tender projects, analyzing client questions, and determining bid strategy and positioning. You will work on procurements and bids where it really matters, with a focus on European projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Grasp complex client questions and translate them into a winning bid strategy and clear positioning
• Bring people together and keep an overview in complex tender projects
• Ensure that the planning is monitored and the process continues to run, even under time pressure
• Develop a future-proof approach to bid management
• Have at least 7 years of experience in strategic bid management, including experience with organization-wide (European) tender projects
