As a Business Development Professional, you will collaborate with highly talented and experienced teams within HGA’s Healthcare market and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in both the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic marketing within A/E/C or healthcare (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in relationship-based business development and pursuit support
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed organization
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools preferred
- Ability to provide insight using data and metrics
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and energized by helping teams grow and win work
