We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Product Manager to take full ownership of our product portfolio and lifecycle. In this role, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical innovation, ensuring we deliver profitable, customer-relevant solutions that align with our long-term strategic and financial goals.
Requirements
- Own product P&L at product line level (revenue, margin, lifecycle profitability)
- Define pricing strategy, positioning, and value proposition
- Develop and maintain product roadmap based on market, customer, and dealer insights
- Build robust product business cases and drive portfolio decisions (launch, scale, simplify, phase-out)
- Support sales with structured product value stories and launch readiness
- Ensure portfolio mix supports BA / BU growth and margin targets
- Lead product innovation agenda jointly with R&D (cost, performance, sustainability balance)
- Define product requirements, specifications, and performance target
- Prioritize development backlog based on strategic and commercial impact
- Ensure on-time / on-cost product releases through cross-functional orchestration
- Integrate field reliability, warranty, and service feedback into product improvements
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adaptation to key market requirements
- Act as primary interface between R&D, Sales, Operations, and Service
- Align product launches with commercial and operational readiness
- Monitor launch performance and corrective action post-launch
- Drive simplification and portfolio streamlining where required
- Provide strategic input to BU leadership on market trends and competitive positioning
- Contribute to long-term innovation pipeline and technology roadmap
