On-Call Crisis Response Practitioner (overnight)

Requirements

• Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services for mental health and substance use crises
• Assume responsibility for being on-call evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Attend monthly On-Call Crisis Team meetings
• Must be available to work irregular hours and be flexible with scheduling
• Complete the On-Call Crisis Training
• Possess a vehicle, valid driver license, and valid auto insurance
