Associate General Counsel

Role Overview

We are hiring an Associate General Counsel to serve during a period of hypergrowth. This role reports directly to the General Counsel. It is an opportunity to shape and scale an emerging Legal function that also serves as a business thought partner and guide. A successful candidate will be a high-energy problem-solver who consistently drives results.

What You Will Do

Partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to provide practical legal and strategic guidance on a broad range of corporate, commercial, operational, product, regulatory, employment, and risk-related matters.

Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in at least one state bar with ability to practice in-house in California
• 6+ years of legal experience, ideally including a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice in a fast-moving environment
• Broad experience across corporate, commercial, operational, regulatory, employment, privacy, compliance, and general technology-related legal matters
