Contract Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly operational Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. This role sits at the center of Legal, Finance, and GTM, ensuring contracts move quickly, accurately, and in alignment with company risk tolerance.

What You Will Do

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, order forms, amendments and vendor contracts. Build and optimize playbooks, documentation and scalable contracting process to support high-volume contracts.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in contract management, legal ops, or a similar operational role
• Strong hands-on experience with Ironclad
• Comfortable working across teams and keeping things moving without a lot of oversight
• Process-oriented—you notice inefficiencies and fix them
• Solid understanding of standard commercial agreements
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of work
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n and AI platforms like Claude
