Motion Designer

Role Overview

We're a fast-moving, product-obsessed team operating at the intersection of AI, design, and engineering. We prototype aggressively, ship fast, and care deeply about craft.

What You Will Do

Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll work closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams. You'll experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling
• Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end
• Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture — able to pitch ideas that hook
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement
