Dispensary General Manager

The Dispensary General Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experience, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, coaching employees, and consistently identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years retail management experience preferred, or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, POS systems; experience with METRC or BioTrack preferred
• Demonstrated track record of driving retail sales through effective team leadership, and personalized customer engagement, consistently exceeding sales targets and fostering a loyal customer base
