Bartender

Role Overview

The Bartender is responsible for setting up the bar area, mixing drinks, and maintaining service and cleanliness. They must provide quality service, ensure guest satisfaction, and control liquor inventory.

What You Will Do

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, set up the bar, prepare beverages, serve guests, and break down the bar after functions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and effectively communicate with guests and employees. Must be able to stand during entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hotel or related field preferred
• Ability to stand during entire shift
