Groundskeeper

Role Overview

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community's grounds, pools, and buildings. This role is considered critical to Highmark's success and reputation.

What You Will Do

Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas, accompany vendors to apartments, distribute resident notices, and report any maintenance problems.
