Job description
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community's grounds, pools, and buildings. This role is considered critical to Highmark's success and reputation.
Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas, accompany vendors to apartments, distribute resident notices, and report any maintenance problems.
We're looking for a punctual, dependable, and self-starter who can multi-task and is a team player. Knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care is required.
