
Job description
The Human Resources Assistant II provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while ensuring a high level of customer service, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors and assists with a variety of HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, scheduling, reporting, and general HR administration.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions, assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel record maintenance, coordinate onboarding activities, prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other HR documents, respond to employee and applicant inquiries, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or clerical experience, previous Human Resources experience required, strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
