
Job description
Supervises and trains semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel, responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact. Breaks down broad strategies into practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans.
Supervises and trains employees, recommends training to enhance skill and productivity, and assists in development of training procedures. Responsible for complying with technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures.
