Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, or a similar field
• Specialized technical training in Cybersecurity
• Key Certifications (or equivalent mastery): Cisco (CCNP or higher), Fortinet NSE (PCP or higher), Splunk (Cybersecurity Defense Analyst or Enterprise Security Certified Admin)
• Proven skills in Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking
• Expertise in Operating System security at the administration level (Windows and Linux)
• Deep experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, and other security platforms
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and people development
• Strong knowledge of risk management, incident response, and information security best practices
• Experience in defining and implementing robust security policies and controls
• The ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both technical teams and business leaders
• A high sense of ownership, independence, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Experience in regulated industries and managing security audits
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset: you anticipate risks before they become problems
