Electrical Assembler

Role Overview

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll contribute to the quality and reliability of industrial systems that customers depend on every day. You'll work on-site in Whitewater, Wisconsin, at Coperion FHN, a Hillenbrand company. You'll support safe operations, steady production, and long-term growth by helping deliver equipment that works the right way, every day.

What You Will Do

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild electronic products and components to meet customer and production requirements. Build, wire, and inspect electrical panels and cable assemblies according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electronics, electronic technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2–4 years in electronic assembly or wiring
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics
• Working knowledge of common electrical measurement devices and test equipment
• Ability to assemble, wire, and inspect panels and cable assemblies with consistency and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for documentation, instructions, and production systems
• Dependable work style with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
