Welder

As a Welder, you’ll play an important role in producing durable, high-quality equipment that supports industrial manufacturing worldwide. You’ll join Coperion at our Sabetha, Kansas facility, where disciplined execution and attention to detail drive daily work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Working knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and standard safety practices.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to measurements and layouts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work that meets defined standards.
• Ability to follow established procedures, accept guidance, and learn new tasks as needed.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a production-focused, team-based environment.
