Warehouse Coordinator

Role Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization's facilities and equipment. This position oversees warehouse operations, and collaborates with sub-contractors to facilitate seamless activities.

What You Will Do

Assist in unloading trucks and receiving shipments, maintain an organized inventory, run errands, handle shipping, collaborate with colleagues, perform maintenance tasks, schedule and oversee metal container pickups, and execute routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance, warehouse operations, logistics, shipping & receiving or a related field
• PC Skills including MS Office programs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Good visual acuity and attention to detail
• Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
