Job Description
Hilton East Assisted Living Facility is seeking Home Health Aide (HHA)/Personal Care Assistant 2 (PCA2) to provide support to residents with daily activities and ensure medication safety. This role involves clinical support, hands-on care, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. The position combines clinical needs with a strong emphasis on resident comfort and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA2) certification in New York State
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in an assisted living, nursing home, or home care setting preferred
- Experience in administering medications or assisting with medication management preferred
