Job Description
Hilton East Assisted Living is hiring Full-time and part-time Medication Aides to provide support to residents in their assisted living facility in Hilton, NY. The role focuses on maintaining residents' independence, offering choices, and ensuring a respectful environment. Staff will work under the supervision of the Nursing Staff and in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations.
Requirements
- LPN (Registered Nurse) with a valid license
- Must be 18 years of age
- Motivation and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates dependability
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to follow detailed procedures
- Able to utilize time efficiently
- Able to stand for extended periods
