Job Description
Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for restaurant food production, maintaining compliance with FSAA requirements, and working closely with the Chef to determine menu selection. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of kitchen management experience, a high school or equivalent education, and a creative approach to developing and executing menus.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- 1-3 years of kitchen management experience
- Creative approach to developing and executing menus
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and ability to train staff
- Basic knowledge of computer operation
- Knowledge of food safety systems
- Ability to complete tasks on time in order of priority
- Work well under pressure, able to stay calm and solve problems
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
