Commis I (Bakery)

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR is seeking a Commis I (Bakery) to prepare, cook, and bake food in designated areas of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a 5-star category hotel, knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Junior Middle School graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years as a Cook or 1 year as Commis I (Bakery) in a 5-star category hotel
• Possess a valid health certificate
• Good knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine
• Able to work with and consume all products and ingredients
• Able to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Work well in stressful situations, remain calm under pressure and able to solve problems
