Director of Sales and Marketing - Embassy Suites Atlanta Buckhead

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee commercial strategies for the Embassy Suites Atlanta/Buckhead hotel, improve its performance, and drive profitable growth. You will design, develop, and deploy business strategies, lead the Hotel Sales and Marketing process, and facilitate the delivery of the Americas Commercial Operating Model. You will have a high level of engagement with customers, build strong relationships with key business partners, and support the team's high-impact site visits and pre-convention meetings.

Requirements

• Hotel Sales, Catering or Marketing Experience
• Leadership management Experience
• Ability to travel
• Experience in hotel management, or related industry, essential
• Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform critical analysis
