Head of Procurement & Contracts Manager

The Head of Procurement and Contracts Manager will lead the Group Procurement function, ensuring control and operational discipline, and building a scalable structure to support growth. The role will contribute to the definition and implementation of Group Procurement strategy, define and ensure the application of policy, procedures, and operational standards, and monitor compliance with legislation, contracts, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structured Procurement
• Bachelor's degree in economics or management engineering
• Fluent English
• Solid data analysis skills (advanced Excel / BI tools / ERP reporting)
• Concretely experienced in implementing or optimizing ERP systems
• Ability to work across functions with Finance, IT, and Operations
