Job Description
We are seeking a telephone operator who can work actively as a telephone operator. The employee will be assigned to the accommodation department and will respond to customer inquiries via email or phone about restaurant reservations and facilities.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of work experience as a social person (Hotel experience is also acceptable)
- Business-level English skills (able to respond to customers via email or phone in English)
- Ability to prioritize and take quick action
- Ability to work with diverse team members and cooperate smoothly
