Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, digital or e-commerce
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with agencies and external partners
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and markets
- High attention to detail with strong project management skills
- Experience working across multiple markets or cultures is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
