Steward

We are seeking a Steward to work in a 4/5-star hotel, performing cleaning duties in designated areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, achieving efficient service delivery. The role involves working with other Team Members to provide exceptional guest experiences. Must have a Junior Middle School diploma or equivalent, valid health certificate, and 1 year of work experience in a similar hotel.

Requirements

• Maintain high customer service with customers in mind.
• Have a positive attitude, take responsibility and initiative to resolve issues as well as communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Clear full garbage bins, empty and rinse them out with micro-gun, and keep the storeroom in order.
• Clean and polish silver, copper, and stainless steel, and maintain the polishing machine and deoxidizing bath in perfect order.
• Operate the automatic dishwashing machine, clean the dishwashing machine, clear tables and sinks, and provide restaurants with sufficient dishes.
• Clean the floor and tiles in the kitchen, corridors, and stewarding areas, and complete the FSMS checklist in preparation for service.
