Join Hines as an Administrative Support | Help Desk and be part of a professional trajectory driven by a vision. Responsibilities include attending to tenant requirements, reviewing contractor passes, and managing income to the Fitness Center.
Direct attention to tenants, follow-up with support staff, review contractor passes, prepare and send communications, control access cards, register and send packages, provide logistical support for events, answer the switchboard, and manage income to the Fitness Center.
