Intern - Asset Management

Role Overview

Join Hines Italy's Asset Management team in Milan as an intern and support senior team members on various activities. The role involves financial modeling, analysis, and asset management tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and make their mark at Hines, a leading global real estate investment manager.

What You Will Do

Update financial models, conduct financial analysis, support asset management activities, provide financial and qualitative analysis, draft documents and presentations, liaise with third parties, and join commercial due diligence activities.

Requirements

• Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate
• Fluent English
• Excellent command of English (particularly written)
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive and autonomous approach
• Able to manage different tasks under pressure
• Understand the mechanics of the Italian real estate market and the entire asset management process
