Job description
As a Maintenance Technician at Hines, you will be responsible for performing daily equipment checklists, maintaining and operating assigned equipment, and responding to preventive and corrective maintenance reports. You will work in a corporate setting and supervise the work of suppliers.
Your main responsibilities will include performing daily equipment checklists, conducting tours to identify areas of opportunity, and filling logbooks.
We are looking for a candidate with a service attitude, teamwork, proactivity, follow-up, and attention to detail. Availability of schedules is also required.
