Job description
We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Architect who can identify business problems, architect solutions, and rapidly deploy AI-powered applications, automations, and workflows across the company. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve how we source talent, evaluate candidates, onboard clients, manage operations, support account management, and drive revenue growth.
Design and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business problems and create operational leverage across the organization. Responsibilities include building AI-powered recruiting solutions, creating intelligent workflow automation, developing internal productivity tools, and identifying manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of turning ideas into working systems quickly. You will own the technical architecture behind our AI initiatives, engineer scalable solutions, and drive AI innovation.
