Job description
We're hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own the on-site and channel execution across our key platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. You'll drive CRO, manage and optimize product pages, and keep the operational layer of our ecommerce engine running cleanly.
You'll be responsible for site CRO and Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, email marketing, and tooling and operations. This includes running A/B tests, managing tooling, and interpreting results, as well as maintaining integrations and troubleshooting issues across apps, pixels, and data layers.
If you like seeing your work ship fast, move metrics, and actually matter, this is the role. You'll work closely with the Director of Growth and our retention agency on email flows and campaigns, and you'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with creative, growth, and external partners.
