Job description
We’re hiring 3–4 Senior Software Engineers to help us scale. As part of a small, high-impact team, you will: Engage with customers and stakeholders to design solutions for SMB financial challenges. Own the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and production. Refine engineering processes, tools, and systems to support scale and productivity. Shape Affiniti’s engineering culture and contribute beyond your core responsibilities.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years as a full-stack software engineer, experience at an early-stage startup, and prior role at a VC-backed tech/SaaS company or top quant firm.
