Job description
The Buyer - Purchasing will purchase industrial goods and manage purchasing processes for Hitachi Global Air Power. This role is located on-site in Michigan City, Indiana, and is part of a global network shaping the future of industrial power.
Purchase Order Management, Non-Conforming Material Management, Invoice and Pricing Resolution, Expediting and Order Tracking, and various procurement planning tasks.
The successful candidate will have 5 years of purchasing experience, SAP knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will work well in a team environment, have strict attention to detail, and be results-oriented.
