Manufacturing Quality Improvement Specialist Professional

The Manufacturing Quality Improvement Specialist Professional will lead and deploy the global ITM strategy and roadmap to drive operational excellence and establish and govern Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks. The role will also lead high impact CI initiatives, develop organizational capability, and embed voice of the customer into operations strategy and structured problem solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related technical field
• Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (Black Belt certification preferred)
• Lean manufacturing principles
• Quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific quality standards
• Data analysis and reporting tools
• Travel domestically and internationally as required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
