Mechanical Engineering Experienced Professional

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Experienced Professional to lead the engineering digital transformation in their Shanghai office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in project management or computer science technology and strong leadership skills. The role involves establishing and maintaining engineering digital transformation guidelines, leading process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or computer science technology
• Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills
• Customer focused; Knowledge of general electrical/mechanical design
• Familiar with engineering process of quotation, design, design change, archive, etc., knowledge of project management and execution
• Knowledge of IT technology, familiar with product life management and self-motivated, energized, and results oriented
• Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach
• Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments
• Willingness to travel; Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
