Postdoc in polymer science

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Postdoc in polymer science to create cutting-edge material solutions for future energy applications. The successful candidate will conduct R&D work, identify new ideas, and collaborate with colleagues globally.

Requirements

• PhD in polymer material, elastomer, rubber or a related field
• Excellent innovation capability and competence of application-oriented research
• Outstanding communication skills, task ownership, and analytical capabilities
• Capable to run projects independently with excellent project planning, execution and management
• Spoken and written English as working language
• Ability to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation
