Robotics Process Engineer II

The Robotics Process Engineer II role involves developing simulations, applying cycle time improvement strategies, and configuring robot I/O. The position requires travel up to 50% and training and mentoring team members. JR Automation is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Develop simulations using one or more platforms for internal and external process validation
• Apply cycle time improvement strategies to optimize robotic applications
• Confirm robot models and develop offline programs (OLPs)
• Teach Tool Center Points (TCPs), Frames, and Loads
• Configure robot I/O, including communication protocols
• Set parameters for application-specific equipment
• Travel up to 35–50% to customer sites and other JR locations
• Train and mentor 1–2 team members as directed
