Job Description
Job Summary: Hive Group seeks a Business Analyst SME to support a federal government program. The position will conduct retrospective analyses, process reengineering, and implement Lean and Agile frameworks. The Business Analyst SME will develop strategies, implement tools, and provide predictive modeling to measure impact and inform decision-making. Responsibilities include process improvement, organizational design, and collaboration with the USCIS to understand and address new requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst or SME, with at least 5 years supporting federal programs
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment
