Communication Strategist

We are seeking a Communication Strategist as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. The position will be fully on-site work in the Washington, D.C area.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in executive-level communications, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to coordinate across functional teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience developing and executing strategies for federal programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification or similar professional certification preferred.
