Realty Specialist I

We are seeking a Realty Specialist to manage and support federal real estate acquisitions, leasing, and contract administration. The Realty Specialist Team performs a full range of complex contracting/leasing functions to address complex, mission critical program challenges for the federal government.

Requirements

• Assists in the administration and management of single or multiple projects
• Provides administrative support with client specific systems, and all excel trackers to include rent calculations
• Serves as the liaison to senior level consultants, government, and outside representatives
