Assistant Finance Manager (Accounting and Budgeting)

Assistant Finance Manager responsible for supervising a team of accounting staff, performing daily accounting operations, and providing financial guidance to faculties and administrative departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with membership of a recognised professional accounting body
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and management reporting
• Strong analytical mind, effective problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, independent, responsible and proactive in seeking solutions
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese (Cantonese and preferably Putonghua), as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in computer software, with hands-on experience in Oracle financials considered an advantage
